1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Corevista Fitness (“Corevista,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information collected through corevistafitness.com and in connection with online fitness coaching and virtual training services. It does not describe the privacy practices of unaffiliated websites or services.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- contact information, including your name, email address and telephone number;
- service requests, goals, training experience, workout preferences and available equipment;
- information you provide during an assessment, coaching session or progress review;
- feedback submissions, ratings and related communications;
- transaction and service-agreement information when you purchase a service; and
- limited technical information such as IP address, request time, request source and security events used to prevent spam and abuse.
Please do not submit medical records, diagnostic information or other sensitive health information through general website forms. Corevista does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or prescription services.
3. How we use information
- to respond to questions and service requests;
- to send transactional confirmation emails after a website form is submitted;
- to assess goals and create or adjust personalized fitness programs;
- to conduct virtual coaching sessions and track client progress;
- to administer payments, agreements and customer support;
- to review client feedback before any publication;
- to issue one-time form tokens, apply server-side request limits and prevent abuse;
- to maintain website security and troubleshoot errors; and
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website, send email, host virtual sessions, process payments or maintain business records. They may use information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer. Corevista does not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
5. Automated service assistant and feedback
The automated service assistant answers a limited set of questions about Corevista services, prices and policies. Question-and-answer text stays in your browser and is not submitted to Corevista unless you choose to send an application through the assistant. An application sent through the assistant is handled in the same way as another website service request. Feedback is not published automatically. If we wish to identify you in published feedback, we will request appropriate permission.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Website forms use a temporary secure session cookie, one-time tokens, source verification and server-side request limits. Security logs and rate-limit records are retained only as reasonably needed to detect abuse. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain data uses. Corevista does not currently sell personal information or engage in targeted advertising through this website. Submit a request through the website contact form, by telephone, or by mail using the contact details shown on this page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Children
This website and the services described here are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the website, our practices or applicable law. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
